I have been wanting to try mosaic for ages.After my house was built, the builder left 4 stepping stones in my tiny sideyard and it was just plain red concrete, the ones you get from home depot.
So I decided to try mosaic on them. Went to the store and got my supplies, and started the chinese character one first. It turned out nice and I was hooked and excited.So I became more adventurous and did the lizard and that came out really nice and I was really inspired by now to finish all 4 steps. Then I did the dragonfly and love it.
For the last one, I wanted something different so I settle on flowers and I love this one too.
I just love my mosaic steps and I love the process of making them. They really brighten up my garden and I feel very good walking on them.
