On my vacation last year in Asia, I had seen these coasters in one of the quilt shops which caught my eye. The curved shapes just made it so lovely and sweet. So I bought a kit but unfortunately, I couldn't follow the instructions and didn't care for the fabric that came with it. The fabric used in their showcase looked alot better.
So .....since I am known for altering patterns and instructions...:):):), I figured a better way that suited me to make these coasters and used my own fabrics instead. I love making these. Lots of handwork involved but small enough to be finished quickly. I may make more as small gifts.
